GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PUBLICATION

HealthyWealthynWise.com will promote each magazine issue through web promotion on the HealthyWealthynWise.com site and to the HealthyWealthynWise.com ”house list.”

Speaker/Author/Mentor (SAM) will be given the opportunity to promote products and/or services as well as list their website and contact information in their 40-50 word bio segment.

The above named SAM does hereby agree to send two email announcements to their “house list(s)” announcing their feature story. One message is to be sent on or around 10 days before publication, and the second to be sent on or around the first Tuesday following publication. (Template announcements will be provided for your convenience.)

SAM does hereby agree to display the cover graphic of their issue on the homepage of their website for the entire month their article is featured.

SAM hereby grants permission to HealthyWealthynWise.com to use submitted material in the aforementioned publication, in any books it compiles, and in any future revisions, editions, and electronic versions thereof, including nonexclusive world rights in all languages. It is understood that the grant of this permission shall in no way restrict republication of the material by the Undersigned or others authorized by the Undersigned.

SAM understands and agrees to receive no compensation for participation in the Publication.

SAM's name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the Publication, but not as an endorsement of any product or service. (Please email a professional portrait style photograph of at least 2”x3” with a resolution of at least 600dpi in .jpg or .gif format, along with the article submission.)

SAM hereby releases and discharges HealthyWealthynWise.com from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned publication.

HealthyWealthynWise.com reserves the right to:

Refuse at its discretion to accept any material that is, in the opinion of HealthyWealthynWise.com, not consistent with guidelines or does not meet the quality standards as determined by HealthyWealthynWise.com
Change the terms and conditions at any time
Cancel, reschedule or replace any HealthyWealthynWise.com publication
Reschedule SAM articles at any time
